Also not an answer. Bank of America bought my loan more than 5 wks ago, according to the welcome letter telling me where to send my mortgage payment. I have called the disbursement management department and the general customer service line (multiple times a day) and no response or answers about getting my first draw. I have some really frustrated contractors on my hands and, while 4 months pregnant, I am living in a total construction zone. WTF!

Sorry this isn't an answer, i was wondering if you ever got a hold of anyone. I also have a 203k loan with BofA and it's been a month i haven't recieved any packet in the mail and i can
t get a hold of anyone at the 800 number that i was given. It seems that no one has answers and i have contractors that need to get paid on the first draw. If you have any info please let me know. Thanks
