It depends on what their goal is. If they want to sell both properties at the same time (or if they want to start with just one), they can contact a REALTOR to begin the process & get an idea of market conditions & pricing strategies. I have family in Toccoa and know the location well. It is possible for them to work with an agent that is licensed in both SC & GA.
