Trulia's display shows a price of $180,000 because that is the price that Keller Williams is sending to us. If you access the link below you'll see that they display this same price on their website as well. Please contact Keller Williams to ensure that they update this price both on their site and within the data feed they send to us. Once they do so, our display will update automatically with the new information.

The same issue is occurring with the square footage information that Keller Williams is providing us. In our data feed we have separate fields for square-footage and lot size and Keller Williams has indicated that the square-footage for this property is 2340. Please ensure that they correct this in their data feed as well.

I'm afraid that we cannot change the neighborhood information at this time, however we are in the process of updating our neighborhood boundaries and will be happy to revisit this case after that update is completed.
