Hello,

You may be able to find someone to lease your appartment for the rest of your term. Have you tried to talk to your land lord? You may be able to get out without any penalties! See what exactly lease agreement says?

Good luck and feel free to contact me if you have any additional questions.

Hello Ernie,
First consult your lease and see what the termination terms, if any, are. Then, don't get discouraged!! Contact your landlord. Be upfront. Try to come up with a plan that will be a win win for all involved. Be upfront about trying to find a replacement tenant. Good luck!!!

Ernie, all landlords are not created alike, some will let you out and some wont,I would try to rent ur apt out,if you know someone, otherwise wait or if you have the 5months offset later w/the tx credit .Good luck
