First you need to find a sponsoring broker, just like NY. If your broker is licensed to do business in Ct. then you can stay under he/she.
Next you need to get a certified record from the State of NY
You then apply to Ct.
and finally, Join one of the multiple listing services there. If you actually plan on working Ct. the shared WPMLS/CTMLS agreement does not show you ALL the data
