how to find address in calion arkansas for hill addition lot 4,5,6,&7 block 2?

FIRST ANSWER
Check with the county clerk. When developers submit plats, often the lots are assigned addresses. Give the clerk the subdivision name and lot numbers.
However, if nothing has been built there yet, there may not be addresses. In Washington County where I live, 911 addresses are assigned when a home is built.
