Cuz its probably in or near Cyprus Hills. 3 bedrooms for 1850 maybe in Astoria, LIC, Jackson Heights, Forest Hils. Cyprus Hills? I don't think so. Why take it there when you can get 3 bedrooms for 1600- 1800 in Whitestone, with much easier parking and much better schools.

Cyprus Hills or Whitestone. Hmmm, lemmee see.

John,
Aileen has offered you excellent advice..Have you asked any of the prospective tenants? I've noticed that some men don't seem to notice things like odors or certain types of details as easily as women, so it could be something as simple like that..Good luck!

Why don't you have some colleagues visit your listing to give you their honest and professional opinion? Perhaps they can give you some insight on what's keeping your listing from renting.
