My husband has a service connected disabilty and we take advantage of these benefits ourselves, camping season can't get here soon enough! Of course if you looking to buy in Oregon VA Loans rock! Of course the funding fee is waived with a service connected disability of 10% or more : )

I am not aware of any property tax breaks for disabled Vets through the county tax assessment office. Having said that I think there are probably State and Federal aid that is available to help pay them.
