To Realtors: what will you be doing in 10 years? Do you plan to retire, if so how.?
Most of the Real Estate professionals I know don't have an exit strategy or succession plan for their business. They continue to do the same thing year in year out...looking for the next deal. What happens when you get to old to take clients out or some other misfortune strikes that stops you from working. You need to have a plan, what is yours? Will your rcompany help you create one? Do they have anything in place that considers this?
