how do you know you "....would never be able to sell the place for what is left on the mortgage" ?

Are you absolutely sure of this?

And what are your reasons for wanting to sell now?

This is the first question I ask potential sellers; must you sell? Can you wait and rent it out instead?

I would be happy to assist you...Gail@GailGladstone.com or call me at 631-425-6150. Not only do I handle rentals, I do property management for owners who are either not in close proximity or not included to do so.

And when you rent with agent representation, you do not pay a commission.

Check with your homeowners association that rentals are ok. Not every complex allows it.

Yes, it can be listed with an agent for rent; choose an agent that will give you the most internet exposure.
