Is there anywhere like a house, apartment complex or duplex's that accept aggreassive breeds when renting?

Private owners are your best shot - they are not as aware of the potential liability; and if they are not "professional" landlords, they are not held accountable to the same things. Check Craigs List for your area.

FIRST ANSWER

In most instances NO the property is held liable. We have determined that NEW construction COULD be more fleixble than existing property with high occupancy.
