I would like to list and sale REO & Foreclosed properties. I have done dozens of BPO's & BMA but never get the listings! What am I?

doing wrong? I am a Realtor and have many years of experience. I've done dozens of BPO's & BMA's just this year (and in MS you can't accept payment for them) and have provided buyers for 7 foreclosed homes this year, but I can't seem to break into the listing side of things. Half a commission is fine, but I would rather sell my own listings whenever possible. How can I break into the listing side of things? Where can I improve my chances of getting these listings.

You get reo listings from the banks and REO asset management companies-get registered with them all and you should get plenty of reo listings. There is a good reo book I recommend-it's called Becoming a Master at Listing & Selling Bank Owned Properties, it teaches realtors and brokers how and where to get the listings. I highly recommend it, I read it when I first got into listing reos. They also give you a free list of reo and bpo bank contacts, I left there website link below
