more traditional course with lectures etc? If I follow this path, I want to get the best training possible and I'm not sure that online training will give me that. I'd appreciate any opinions!

Kim,
The School that most of the agents go to in the Bucks County area is Schlicher Kratz. They are located in Montgomeryville. In order to get a PA real estate license you need to take 2 course before you can take the test. Their website is http://www.learnrealestate.com. The school is real good. The information can be boring because it is a lot of definitions to learn. I felt like I was in vocab class. If you decide to do it when you are ready to look for a company put Long and Foster Real Estate on your list of places to check out! Feel free to call or email me with any questions we have a great team and give support to new agents.
Good Luck!
