i am sorry to hear what happened, looks like you were taken and in most cases you are stuck... you could seek the advise of an attorney to lien the house and go after the landlord for your deposit and criminal charges of fruad. the bank will look to evict you, you can at least ask tehm for a cash for keys agreement where they will offer 1000 to 1500 for you to move in 21-30 days as opposed to fighting evictio, you dont have long to act so file suit against the landlord and have any other property he owns liended at once. good luck with working it out.
