There's a lot of information available on-line, through the county website and Realtor.com among others, but I don't know of any public on-line sources for the specs or floor plans. Perhaps the permit office for Swansboro or Onslow County would release copies. Often the floor plans are posted with the listing information on the MLS. A buyer's agent could obtain this information for you.
