Unfortunately, the Laurens County online tax records are very little help when it comes to this. Here is the website for them: http://laurenscountysctaxes.com/ . I have used this website extensively and I have never found prior sales history on it anywhere, so I'm pretty sure it is not there. That leaves you with either going to the courthouse, which is hardly a convenient opeion, or using a realtor. I work in laurens and would love to help you with this. Over past 3 years an agent in your area can search via MLS. Tax county records would show entire history of the home.
