Furnished 1 month Rental in Fort Collins needed
My wife and I would like to take a Fort Collins retirement home scouting trip this summer for 4 weeks and need to find a furnished house, apartment, condo, etc at least 900 sf. So we want to stay too long for a hotel and too short for a lease. I'll check the local paper before we head out but any other advice would be appreciated. A bonus would be if the place would accept 2 small 3 lb. mature dogs == Yorkshire Terriers, but we can leave them behind if necessary . Our time frame is flexible between April 10th and Aug 1st. We have a condo for sale or trade in Lexington KY. We don't mind if the property is for sale and we need to vacate for showings as my wife and I are neat and clean.

Congrats on your upcoming exploratory search of Fort Collins. Short-term options are much more difficult in Fort Collins but there are a few choices.
