I looked on the MLs and it is not there. I also would talk to your Realtor so she can contact the listing agent.

We should be able to get a copy of if the builder is still actively building, if not we may be able to get one comprable. I am seeing that it was a Jerry Wright Home. I will do some digging and see what I can come up with.

1. Ask your buyers agent to assist you as these are typically not online. They may be able to contact the previous owner for you or the builder.
2. The builder will likely not provide archtectural drawings, but they typically will provide basic floorplans and elevations.
3. If that doesn't work you might also contact your HOA if you have one, the city building department, or the builder directly. Due to the age of the home it is likely the builder is no longer building this exact model or floorplan, but sometimes they may still have info on file that they can provide to you.
4. If you got a warranty book with the home contact numbers may be in there or perhaps even the floorplans.

Congratulations on your purchase and thanks for your service.

Cassandra,
You mentioned that you purchased this home. Can you tell me from whom? It says built in 2003, so my guess is that someone owned it after it was built. There may be a floor plan available.

Are you wanting to do some pre-planning to arrange your furniture?

You can contact me directly and I'll see if I can find someone that can help you.

Thank you for your service to our country.

Cassandra,

I understand your question and believe that it is a reasonable one given your situation. I won't apologize for the builder but hopefully give you a little insight into why they may be reluctant (if they are). It may be because plans carry a copyright and the architect/designer who put it together may not want it circulating. The builder also might own the copyright and be fearfull (however unfounded) that someone might take the plan and build their same house. Remember that this is their business and whoever holds the copyright has the right to choose who gets a copy and not. Just a couple of thoughts.

Cassandra,

Did you ask your buyers agent if they could get you a floor plan? They could contact the builder for you.

Thank you for serving our country.
