If you're specifically looking in Greenwich, the largest inventory of local homes aren't listed anywhere but on the Greenwich MLS. This means that only agents who are members of that specific MLS can setup a search that will notify you of price changes on ALL homes that match your criteria. Feel free to notify me and I'd be happy to help you with this because I really don't think it's possible for you to do this yourself or modify it w/o the assistance of a member of the Greenwich MLS.

You can set up such an alert on Trulia if you are interested. On the listing detail page for any property you'll find a Price Alerts link under the description and above the map. If you click on that you can setup daily or weekly alerts that will be sent if the price changes or the property is sold.

Go to http://www.CarlGuild.com and sign up for free emailed listings. My system is also the only one that will tell you when prices are reduced and notify you when the property closes so you can see the price! It's a great way to follow the market!
