Hi Isabel,

Here are a few links to companies that handle property management services in Venice, FL:

http://www.bosshardtrealty.com
http://www.florida-rentalcompany.com
http://www.argusmgmt.com

One of these firms should be able to help you find a seasonal tenant.

Best of luck!

Hi Isabel,

You might want to try http://www.RentMeFlorida.com they handle many rental properties in the Venice area. Another idea would be to place a free ad on Craigslist.org

Good luck!

Isabel,

This is the perfect time to be looking for a renter. Unfortunately, most people looking to rent at this time are seeking seasonal options. The best way to rent your property quickly is to do so through one of Venice's excellent management companies.

We would be happy to provide you with contact information if interested. Feel free to email or call.

Good luck ,

Hi, Isabel -

Venice Palms is a very nice area. I would recommend contacting a local real estate property manager to obtain a seasonal tenant.. "Season" has just started, so time is of the essence. There are a number of agencies and you may need to consult with more than one. I would try http://www.homeandcondo.com. Best of luck.
