A condo in zip 85260 which has been on the market since June 2009 with no downward price movement. How best to make an offer without offending?
Needs to lower price based on comparable condo's in same complex

I recommend that you make an offer at the price that is reasonable and at which you are willing to pay for this property and not worry about offending anyone. That's business, that's all.
FIRST ANSWER
If you want to be 100% honest. Have your realtor drop off the agreement of sale with copies of the comps. Cant be more honest and direct than that. If it doesnt appraise they wont be selling it at their price anyway.
