Is there somewhere else you could keep your dogs? Most pet owners can't smell the odor in their house (I have a cat, I can attest). When showing the house to potential buyers, you'll definitely want to have the dogs away or at least outside. It can also be very startling to the buyers if they bark a lot. http://www.cal-rid.com/en/rodent_and_mammal_control.html... more
You Realtor, who had to be the one putting it on the Trulia site or their brokerage, should know how to get on Trulia and make changes that are necessary, if and when changes are needed.....
Trulia as a site does not make changes on listings by licensed Realtors or their brokerage...
Go back to your REaltors and have them put in what the facts are, and if need be take the current listing out and put a new one in with all the correct information --- They should know how to do it.... also
you did not provide a link so here any of the Realtors trying to answer and make recommendations
do not see what it is that you are talking about, but no matter what the issue is you need to talk to your
Realtors as they can make any changes to their listing, they put in.
