This question would best be answered by inviting a minimum of 3 LOCAL realtors into your home to provide an analysis. No matter what your determination (considering selling, must sell, etc.), do not perceive this as an inconvenience to the agents as this is the nature of our business.

Hi Harry, I just thought I follow up quickly with a little bit of information. Please take it with a grain of salt, as I do not know if your home is a ranch or a 2 story home, the age or the lot size, but just thought this may give you some indication....
there are several similar homes on the market in the Inselin N.J. area 3 in the 579 K range and then 550 K and 499 K 5 are listed at 479,900 and there are a few between 369 K 359 K and 319,900 $, so you can see that it will require an Agent who has seen some of these homes to compare them to yours, and then also inform you about those homes that have recently, very recently sold in your area if possible.

You truly need to connect with an experienced area Realtor who will be able to assist you in determining current market value, it will be a range of course. It is not just how many bedrooms and bath a home has, but also the age of the home, the upgrades, size of rooms, location, curb appeal, construction of home and so much more.
I also am not sure why you are interested in the information, just to start thinking about whether you would want to sell at this time and buy something else somewhere else.... Everybody's reasons are different. Or are you just curious to know in general terms.
