The Denver MLS does not post to Trulia. It must be either manually entered into Trulia or syndicated from a syndication service (Listhub or Postlets).

I see that you are using a discount broker... Try using to get your home online.

Good luck...

Hi Fraser,

When your agents lists your home it should be on the checklist to have it either syndicated to Trulia or they enter it manually. It is every important that they do this asap because around 90% of homebuyers start there search online and those are potential buyers for your home.

Best of luck!

Very important to have your agent syndicate your listings to get maximum exposure.

Most large real estate companies can help with syndication as well.

I think it depends on what company your Realtor is affiliated with. I know our company has an agreement with Trulia and our MLS listing are posted there, but it usually takes a couple of days.

Hi Fraser,

David is correct. Generally Trulia does not receive listing information directly from the MLS. However, I used our MLS search and was able to find this listing on our site. Please access the link below to review our display and please let us know if you have any other questions.
