she has it listed with a realator from greenup il, Eubank. It is in prime spot and there was a lot of interest but no nibbles since listing with him.
Hi Barb,
Muliple Listing service varies from State to even county. The Broker or company/office that your agent works for pay a fee to have listings put on the service.
Have your agent tell/show you the service that is local in your area . That is very important because thta is where all your local real estate agents and home buyers search for houses.
Also most MLS also feed into others internet sites. Make sure you are getting the exposure for your moms house. You might want to even make sure that the photos are many and good. Buyers go to the see homes they like from the photos on the internet.
Good Luck, Steven

Hi Barb-
Your mom needs to contact the listing agent to find out where they are marketing her home. The agent should be able to provide her with internet sites, a copy of the MLS information, paper ads, feedback from showings, etc..
The agent's web site/MLS may not feed into some sites. If you want it listed here, the agent can sign-up for a free account and manually add his listings.
I hope this helps!
