I am preparing to put my house up for sale.It is not the "typical house" in an area.My yard is 4 acres,pond in the backyard, seperate out building (two large car garage)..this garage is spacious.The spacious house is located directly across a park.My house has four large bedrooms,two fireplaces..one in the downstairs "family" room.The second fireplace is located in my "master bedroom".The house has a finished basement,wood work,sinks(2),paneling throughout the basement, the garage attached to the house is also panelled. The house has four finished bedrooms,a "jacuzzi" tub,two bathrooms upstairs..both are spacious,two year old carpet,a completely new "timberline roof"-the roof is 6 months old and comes with a 40 year warrenty,Corian sink/courtertop in two bathrooms upstairs($4 months old).Kitchen also has "Corian Countertop/Sink throughout the kitchen..Corian.The house has a seperate laundry room.There is a recently repaired deck on the back of the house(faces East).
