I would check right here on Trulia. There is an agent directory available so you can search your local area for qualified realtors. Select the "Find a Pro" option at the top of the page then enter your location and a list of agents will come up. If you are selling land, you may want to include that as a keyword search.
The next best thing would be to ask your friends and family if they have worked with any realtors that they would recommend.
