Hi Ivan,
I am a North Park resident and an agent in the North Park office of Ascent Real Estate -- I'm sure you see our signs around the neighborhood. We represent many buyers and sellers in North Park. I know North Park extremely well (good pockets and bad), regularly attend broker's caravan so I know the homes on the market here, and have a great feel for the market value of homes and condos in the area. I was honored to be selected a “Five Star: Best In Client Satisfaction” real estate agent for 2008 by an independent research firm that surveyed 24,500 recent home buyers in San Diego as well as industry professionals. Those selected represent less than 3 percent of the more than 12,000 agents in the San Diego area and we were featured in San Diego Magazine. It would be my pleasure to provide you with the same exceptional service that earned me this honor. Please visit my web site and give me a call! Hello Ivan,
Keith hit the nail on the head.... You want an agent that can effectively fulfill your needs and provide highly personalized service. Our team, Cotter & Associates, would love an opportunity to interview for the position. We are a small boutique practice that has become deeply established in the metro San Diego market place. Please review our website and let us know how we can help. Best of luck to you! Tara Mon Apr 21 2008, 13:11 Web Reference: http://www.mysandiegoagent.com

hi Ivan
I'd like to mention the Redfin blogger who writes about North Park, Hillcrest and Ocean Beach. Her name is Carol and she keeps her finger on the pulse of these communities. Redfin bloggers are primarily focussed on communities and do not promote particular properties or agents. We try to be unbiased. Nevertheless, we invite you to consider a Redfin.com agent to aid your search. Mon Apr 21 2008, 12:40 Web Reference: http://sandiego.redfin.com/blog/category/hillcrest_ocea...

That information is available from a Realtor in your area. Word of caution: Just because they sell the most dollar volume doe snot necessarily mean that they are the best Realtor for your needs. I encourage you to interview a few Realtors and make you choice on a broad criteria: 1. Do they understand your situation and objective in selling the property 2. Do they know the local makret trends 3. Do they have a marketing plan that can be tailored to your needs 5. What are the expected resutls, what happens if those resutls are not achieved Good luck Mon Apr 21 2008, 09:34 Web Reference: http://www.BeautifulBurbankHomes.com
