I know it is Chester County, but not sure on the Borough question. I would guess that it is.

Is it in the borough of west chester?. what county?. I can look it up for you.

I realize that but was trying to avoid it so that I don't need to wade through a discussion with an agent that I don't want to list with. I assumed there were listed agents monitoring this that can look it up.

The easiest way to find out is to call a local real estate agent and ask them if they would check the MLS solds.
They will be able to give you the information from that source.
