If you are trying to determine your Market Value by researching Comp's;
You probably cannot:
There is a heck of a lot more to comparing Comps than just the selling price of the property;
You need to know the details to make allowance for the differences.
There is a reason why they call us "professionals"; it isn't that easy to replace us.

Try http://www.Redfin.com, they give you a ton of info including comps, past sales, and tax information. Just type in the address.
