Try property shark, they have a ton of historical data for Brooklyn. They don't provide for a specific year but with a little massaging you should be able to isolate the data you need. Feel free to contact me if you still need help.

You should be able to get this kind of information from your Realtor.
Has the Realtor that helped you when you purchased your home kept in touch? I'm sure that he/she would be glad to hear from you.
If you don't have a Realtor, asking a trusted friend or family member for a recommendation is a great place to start.
I get questions like this all the time from people I know, both past clients, and 'future clients' and I'm happy to do the research for them whenever they need it.
Realtors generally have access to historical data going back several years. In our area I can go back about 8 to 10 years pretty easily in our multiple listing system (the system we use to exchange information with other Realtors when we have homes listed for sale)
An easy bit of research should be a welcome inquiry for any Realtor.
