Best to contact a local real estate agents or the county tax district you would like information on.

Some Multiple listing service providers have this data or best to look at a database provider. This is public information, but compiling it in a user friendly fashion is where you may have to pay to get this data.

Hi Beach

From County Records, free information, or call a Title company
and they can email you an excel file

There are lots of sources but you can always check out the county websites as home sales. If you want high volume info the solutions listed below will be best.

You are able to purchase lists from Title companies who offer that service, I believe it is roughly 8 cents per house depending on which title company you use.

You can actually buy lists of new movers here: http://www.infousa.com/new-mover-list/

Lots of people use those lists. Even veterinarians and stuff mail to them so that they can become the new vet for people who've moved into town. Same goes for salons and such.

Getting the list is easy, getting your mailer opened or your postcard acted upon is the hard part.
