whats the orcutt future on cllark ave property , as the street clark will be a well spoken of street when it

is finished refurbishing and do you advice a owner to seel orwait and see if value goes up on clark that they now own.

FIRST ANSWER
If you are referring to commercial or mixed-use property in Old Orcutt, I believe the values will increase over the next few years. I think someday Old Orcutt will be just as charming as Los Olivos. Wish I owned some commercial property on Clark!
