lol... That sounds kind of high for Carteret in the 80's, those are more like today's prices, maybe a little below median price levels today!
Out of curiosity Mara were you being funny just joking around, if not where did you get that number from?
I know the Middlesex County MLS doesn't keep data that old on their servers, they purged a lot of the older info just this past year, I haven't checked GSMLS but I think they purged old info recently as well.
