Greetings Akeimehunter57,
Before any real estate professional can honestly and reasonably answer that question, they will have to ask you a few questions over the phone. Such as; how many floors, bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchens, do you have a basement, is it finished, do you have a backyard, do you have parking and has your home been recently renovated...... then they will be able to give you a guestimate. But to get "as close to" an exact value as to what your home will sell for in this current market, it is best to schedule an appointment to show them your home.

Note..... It is said "The value of any item offered for sale, depends on what someone is willing to pay for it". So if you got a brownstone with working fireplaces and all the original details intact. "Jackpot"

Hello, Bed Stuy is a big area and the price can instantly change depending on where you're located, a block can change the price significantly in Bed Stuy. If you want to know how much your property is worth simply give me a call and I will do a price analysis absolutely free.

I would really suggest working with a professional. Have a few real estate firms analyze your property.

Hi Akeimehunter67
As everyone has stated, without an address, and access to view your home, we cannot give
you any meaningful price range. I suggest you start interviewing some realtors and then
you will get some honest answers. So when you are ready please contact me and I will be
happy to come by and discuss this matter with you. Looking forward to meeting you.

As listing agent I would have to look at the house and give you a fair market value.

Dear Akeimehunter67:

There are too many factors that come into play such as your home's condition, lot size, size, building size and exact geographic location/ block that you are on. With out those details we cannot be of assistance to you.

If you want, feel free to contact me direct, I can give you a free analysis of your homes value right over the phone or online. It will be completely confidential with no cost or obligation. Either way, good luck!

Depends on exact location, condition, upgrades, etc.; therefore contact and invite a few local agents from different realty companies and ask for a cma, comparable market analysis, review the data, ask opinions and go from there; cma's are generally provided free of charge by most agents; or consider hiring a professional appraiser....
