Such as; how many floors, bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchens, do you have a basement, is it finished, do you have a backyard, do you have parking and has your home been recently renovated...... then they will be able to give you a guestimate. But to get "as close to" an exact value as to what your home will sell for in this current market, it is best to schedule an appointment to show them your home.
