Dzman, I ran a search and came up with

519,000 high 189,900 low 335,318 average 325,000 median for list prices in the last 4 months.

As for sold prices 501,000 high 155,000 low 349,900 average and 346,250 median.

This info came from 72 homes sold between 06/01/2009 and 09/31/2009 the homes were 2, 3 & 4 bedroom homes. If you want a closer average I need to know how many bedrooms and what S. F. you would like to know about....Dawn
