what is the capital gains (%) expense in massachuettes on sale of a second home?
Is the capital gains in mass, 12%?. I thought I saw this on the department of revenue org website.
Also, Title V - septic systems. What is the approximate cost of inspection and if it needed to be replaced the approximate cost of that. I really have no idea - we have city sewers.
