One site that I haven't seen mentioned is MilitarybyOwner.com. It is a tiered rate listing program, but is a great way to gain additional exposure for your home. A potential buyer can search the areas closest to the military base they will be assigned to, and they can print a or e-mail a nice brochure from the listing. The benefit to you as a seller is that you can actually track how many views your listing receives. It is easy to update and has a separate area where you can view a list of the potential buyers that want more information. You can select up to three military locations that your home isclosest to and the site will show the distance

You should choose a real estate professional which can access as many sites as possible on your behalf. For instance, our company (as others can) can get your listing into the local MLS, Realtor.com, Trulia.com, a strong national site which picks up multiple local MLS feeds, Yahoo, Google, MSN and even CNN. This is important since over 80% of all buyers start their search on the internet. It's a big job!

You can go to a place like http://www.godaddy.com and buy your address at the domain name. For example, you can see http://www.3510palmer.com. Then, use online and offline marketing to drive traffic to that website. The cost will be minimal. Good luck!

I would select the local paper, Craigslist, Zillow.com. I would also advertise if you are willing to pay a Buyer's Agents commission.

I would choose Yahoo. Even that you have to pay for it but as research shows, that is a biggest Real Estate search engine for buyers. Also, good ratings for these sites: http://www.fsbonm.com and http://www.fsboamerica.org So, you have a couple sites to play with for now.
