There are 1111 residential properties for sale in Hudson at this moment. A mixture of mobiles on land to beautiful water access estates.

You can find one for as little as $25/sq.ft. to homes for over $700/ per foot (which I would not suggest paying in this area but that's another conversation!)

When you say "average" it's very hard to give an answer that will really help you... If you mean 3 bedroom 3 bath cinder block homes in subdivisions or organized neighborhoods, that's a totally different animal than a double wide on 10 acres even if they cost the same amount.

I'm going to assume since you're zip code is in Hudson that you might like to know the profile of the average home in your zip code - but there are 845 of those 1111 homes for sale in Hudson in YOUR zip code. Not because all homes in Hudson are concentrated in one area but because there aren't very many zip codes for the rather rural and spread out area in Hudson.

Removing mobiles from the list and no condos either (just block and/or frame homes) and then narrowing the search to just 3 bedrooms (or more) and 2 baths (or more) that are at least 1500 sq.ft. but not more than 2000 sq.ft. - Now, there are just 205 properties for sale in this range - asking between $89K to $750K (well there's one home for $1.2M but I pulled this one out for a reason)

None of this may apply to you but the "average home" in the US is a 3/2/2 of about 1650 sq.ft. so there's a good chance your home falls into the above grouping. But you can see that with over 200 homes that have prices that range so vastly without a little more information it doesn't help you much.
