To absolutely certain of your assessed value, call the town hall and ask the tax assessor. Values are determined each year on April 1st in New Hampshire.
The assessed value is not usually anything like the appraised value, these days the assessed value will likely be more than the house is worth. It's a figure that may be wrong, but that's OK so long as everyone else's value is wrong by the same percentage too--because it's what you pay taxes on. You see if everyone's value is off by say, 11% then you are still paying your fair share of taxes relative to the other residents in the town.
If you feel your assessment is hugely wrong and you can find other similar homes whose assessment is lower than yours, you can apply for an abatement, and hope that the Assessor will agree with you and lower the figure, resulting in a lowering of your taxes due.
