Stacy, there are a couple of things you can do to find SOLD homes. First thing that comes to mind is to ask a licensed real estate agent who is a member of the Multiple Listing Service. MLS rules require agents to update in a timely manner, generally within 48 hours following a change in status. You can also visit the Registry of Deeds, or check the assessment department in town. However, this information can take several weeks to be updated.
