what happens when one seller does not sign Addendums to the purchase agreement?

Buyer/Seller agreement signed. One of the sellers did not sign Addendum.

Hi Kathryn

Sorry to read your question.

If one of the Sellers has not signed an "Addendum" to the Contract, it means
that one of the sellers has changed his mind or is this an error.

Clearly they do not like the terms proposed, you can always revert back to the
original contract.

Now of course if your buyers must have the terms called out in the Addendum, then
you have to purse a release.
