Don't forget to stage your home before listing it on the market as well. Make sure it is in tip-top shape before potential buyers start walking through the door! You also need to make sure you take high quality photos of your entire home, being sure to focus on your home's best features. Use these photos in all of your online listings and marketing materials.

Hello Joe: I work for RE/MAX Vision Quest in Lewisburg, WV and know the golf course and the area well. You would need to make an appointment with a realtor and ask them to provide you with a CMA (current market anaylysis). This will help you to determine the price to list your property. I would recommend you interview more than one realtor to make sure you like to person you list with. Also, make sure they are part of the Muti-Lising Service.
