FIRST ANSWER

Hi Debbi - the average price of a residential property in Warminster for Aug 09 was $257,450. Now compared with Aug 2007 it was $314500 and Aug 2008 was about $285K. So since Aug 07 the average price has dropped 18%, over 24 months or .75% per month. That said, inventory is from that time is 52% lower! That means there are fewer homes to choose from and prices seem to be stabilizing...I can look at a more detailed analysis for you, just let me know!
