we are trying to sell our one bedroom one bath condo. We are going to have to pay about $6,000 out of our
packet just to get out of it. If we found someone just to sign it over to. As long as they quilify we will just give it to them for what we owe on it. We are in a contract with a realtor but if we do that will we still have to pay them even thought we found the person and we are just giving it to them? And how do you sign it over?

Yes you will still have to pay your realtor. The loan must be assumable as well.
