selling my afford. condo since July 2012. Heard after 13 mos.I can sell for full market value. Can anyone tell me where to find docs to back info up?

It could depend on the type of financing you obtained, whether or not you did a loan modification, as well as how long you've been there and/or if you have been renting it.

The State of New Jersey has a resale calculator to determine the maximum resale price and maximum refinance amount of an affordable unit. Determining the price can be fairly complicated, depending on whether or not you were the first owner and how long the property has been certified as affordable housing.

The best thing to is contact Tinton Falls' Affordable Housing Administrator with questions about the calculators or the determination of the maximum resale price. This is the best way to maximize your sale while remaining in compliance. You do not want to spend time listed at the wrong price. Just give a call if I can be of help.
