saleing acreage,if contract don't state anything about buildings,can they be removes?

The person who is buying looked at the land. They saw buildings on it. They made an offer for the land with the buildings.

Remove anything and the contract could be voided. You might also find yourself in violation of said contract.

The buildings are presumed to stay with the property unless you have stated otherwise. If the buildings are not attached to the ground you could reserve them prior to accepting an offer on your property. If you have already accepted an offer with no mention of reserving them, it would be best to seek legal advice before removing them.
