recentlly lowered price on my house from 189k to 165k..... now have gotten an offer..... what is a reasonable offer and or a counter offer by me?

That is true Dawn - the value of the home is what a willing and able buyer is willing to pay and can be appraised at that price. You real estate agent should be counsling you on what you should accept or counter at. I hope it works out for you!

Dear Dawn,

The value of the home is what someone is willing to pay for it AND what the property will appraise for.

Your real estate agent is able to guide you through this process and ascertain what is reasonable.
