Home Selling in Dayton>Question Details

Jason Miller, Home Seller in San Francisco, CA

question for Dayton realtors, I have a house in Dayton for sale, listed with an agent, it isn't selling.

Asked by Jason Miller, San Francisco, CA Fri Aug 31, 2012

am I allowed to list it in other areas of the US, perhaps even for trade while I am under contract with a local real estate agent who just seems to have parked it and forgot it? If I do trade it for other property or items elsewhere in the US, how would that work with closing and transferring the deed?

Have you asked your agent this question? You are paying this person to list and market your property, so that should be your resource for questions.
