You can also go to some sites such as Postlets.com that feed Trulia their listings. You can make a flyer for your home and at the sametime post it on numerous websites for sale. Now of course I am biased but you really need to get your home in your local MLS. Now there are discount agencies that will for a flat fee post your home for a limited time in the MLS. Now in these cases you get what you pay for so if you do pay a flat fee do not expect much. This is the only way for all those buyer's agents out there to find your home and show it to their clients. You also need to figure out whether you are willing to pay their commission. It will help you sell your home.
